Our work with them
As strong advocates for staff health and wellbeing, APP approached the Wellbeing Outfit to conduct an organisational assessment to assess their approach to maintaining and improving the mental health and wellbeing of their people.
The assessment helped APP gain a deeper understanding of the psychosocial risks across their operations, and provided a more informed perspective on how they could meet their occupational health and safety (OH&S) compliance responsibilities.
Impact
The assessment provided APP with a comprehensive set of actions for how best to mitigate and manage the psychosocial risks across the organisation. In addition, at the national staff conference, all staff were able to take part in a facilitated session focused on strategies to improve their own personal wellbeing.
