Resilient Teams Program

A program to drive team transformation and performance.

We are living in transformative times, prompting organisations to function in increasingly stressful environments.

ENVIRONMENT

Investing in wellbeing enhances the chances of improved performance as businesses navigate increasingly stressful environments.

The Transformative Leadership Study 2024 conducted by EY in partnership with the Said Business School, University of Oxford identified three steps that significantly increase team performance when organisations are going through transformation.

The Resilient Teams program is a comprehensive, data driven action plan for maximising team performance.

Resilient Team Model

The Resilient Teams™ coaching tool helps leaders understand how to drive performance through deep listening.

By quantifying team strengths and vulnerabilities using a digital survey and validated model, we can measure and benchmark your team’s abilities across the five dimensions of high-performing teams and create a roadmap to create efficient and effective interventions.

What is your team type?

This pathway illustrates the different stages that teams pass through. As teams develop Direction, Adaptability and Performance their results have higher business impact, and as they strengthen their Connection and Attitude, they grow more engaged.

The Resilient Teams pathway

  • Assess your team’s position on the Resilient Team Pathway, identify strengths to leverage and vulnerabilities to address, facilitating your progression toward becoming a resilient team.

  • Build a robust roadmap of targeted interventions to address your vulnerabilities.

  • Monitor your performance over a twelve-month period to evaluate your progress.
