Applied DISC For Improving Communication
Transforming communication and conflict, building teamwork and trust
DISC is a powerful, longstanding, proven framework that helps individuals better understand their behavior patterns related to their preferred communication style, their approach to leadership, how they process and handle conflict and their response under pressure.
Our approach focuses on applying DISC directly to real-world team scenarios to help push through challenging situations. After our DISC training, each member of the team will have the language and tools to engage in meaningful problem solving as you work together to create a high performance culture based on trust and communication.
A Team Culture Code
Advance connection, alignment and performance
The team culture code articulates the behaviours and expectations within a team. It is designed to contribute towards building trust and respect by outlining the agreed behaviours that will define the team’s identity and character.
The code will assist partners to understand how to be the great in the team and for the team to hold partners accountable for the way they operate within the team.
A well-designed culture code not only sets the standards for behaviour but also contributes to a resilient team, enhancing the overall wellbeing and performance of the team.
