Lawrence Patrick

Lawrence is an expert in leadership development focused on helping people understand the connection between high wellbeing and high performance.
FROM SILICON VALLEY TO SYDNEY
Lawrence is a seasoned CEO and Board Member, who has deep experience driving growth for startups in Silicon Valley and Australia.
He was an early Internet pioneer who co-founded four technology companies and is now a sought-after adviser on wellbeing, leadership and strategy.
In addition to serving as CEO to help launch the Australian digital mental health platform ReachOut in the United States, Lawrence has led both tech startups and social impact organisations during their critical growth phase.
Lawrence joined The Wellbeing Outfit after relocating to Sydney from the San Francisco Bay Area where he previously was the Founding Director of the prestigious Northwestern University campus there.

He completed the Executive Program for Non-Profit CEOs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and was a Knight Scholar, a Distinguished Presidential Scholar, and a Knight Ridder Scholar and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Florida A&M University. He is a proud life member of the FAMU Alumni Association and the Cass Tech Alumni Association.
Lawrence is a self-described polymath who loves to recharge by learning new things. He is currently mastering the tuba in his free time and is an active member of the Lane Cove Community Bands.
Jono Nicholas
Founder & Managing Director
DEDICATION TO MENTAL HEALTH
In 2018, Jono was a finalist for the Australian Mental Health Prize, in which he was recognised for his more than 20 years of service to the mental health industry. He is a passionate advocate for harnessing emerging technologies to deliver better mental health and wellbeing services.
Jono is also the Chief Mental Health Advisor for EY Oceania.
Jono regularly speaks about the impact of wellbeing and mental health on productivity at work.
LEADERSHIP KNOW-HOW
Jono was the CEO of ReachOut Australia — Australia’s leading digital mental health service for young people and their parents — from 2010 to 2018.
He serves on the Boards of several organisations, including the ASX-listed Future Generation Global, TelcoTogether Foundation, The Man Cave, and Roses in the Ocean.

Kevin Clancy
Managing Director (Ireland)
PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST
Kevin is a high-performance psychology consultant with experience in a variety of settings. He has a passion for helping people, teams, and organisations to become the best version of themselves.
In early 2020, Kevin began consulting with the Wellbeing Outfit. Prior to this, he had been head-hunted by EY for a specialist psychology role in their Sustainability team, with a brief to support culture change, leadership, mental health and wellbeing, and safety service offerings.
GLOBAL EXPERIENCE
Kevin has worked in Ireland, the UK, Kenya, USA, New Zealand, the Middle East and Australia. He is constantly striving for self-development and believes that life-learning is a necessity to succeed in today’s fast paced world.

Kevin has a Masters in Performance Psychology, a diploma in Elite Performance and is a qualified mindfulness meditation teacher.
Lillian Kline
Chief Impact Officer
A SOCIAL IMPACT SPECIALIST
Lillian is a passionate facilitator who works with individuals, families and organisations to help them align their personal values with their philanthropic, business and investment values.
She is the former Head of Investor Relations at Impact Investment Group which, at the time, was Australia’s largest managed impact fund; inaugural Director of the Pathways to Politics Program for Women at Melbourne University; and former Development Director at Stand Up, a Jewish social justice organisation where she ran leadership programs for young adults.

Lillian is the Chief Impact Officer of our sister business, Impact Outfit, and also runs the Impact Club, a network created specifically for individuals who want to use their investment capital to create positive social and environmental impact.

Lillian has a Bachelor of Law (Hons), Bachelor of Business (Mgmt), and Masters of Laws (Human Rights) from Monash University, and is currently studying for her Masters of Psychology (Coaching) at the University of Sydney.

Madeline is an experienced consultant dedicated to enabling individuals and organisations to embed impact in their practices. Her particular areas of expertise are strategy, communications, community, special projects and relationships.

Prior to joining our team, Madeline spent many years working in impact businesses across a broad range of industries including funds management, media and education and property development.

Judith Parke
Managing Director (UK)
A LEADER IN MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING
Judith worked with Jono during his time as the CEO of ReachOut Australia — Australia’s leading digital mental health service for young people and their parents.
As ReachOut’s Director of Fundraising, Judith led the fundraising team as they created new corporate fundraising opportunities and maximised relationships with existing donors. And when Jono went on long-service leave, Judith served as ReachOut’s Acting CEO.
As part of their work at ReachOut, Judith and Jono designed and delivered a program of wellbeing initiatives for Ernst & Young, Suncorp and Telstra.
When Jono pitched his vision for the Wellbeing Outfit, Judith jumped at the chance to help organisations develop a resilient, happy and engaged workforce and improve business performance.
CHARITY LEADER
Judith taps into the personal benefits charitable giving can have on someone’s wellbeing and translates that into strategy and action.
Judith led the community fundraising efforts for international aid organisation, CAFOD, and led the development of relationships with large donors including multinational companies, Trusts and Foundations for the National Literacy Trust.
Judith is a Trustee of ACROSS, a charity providing transport and support for those with special care needs so they can go on pilgrimages to Lourdes in France.

Judith has a Masters in Psychology and English. She also has a Diploma in Positive Psychology, is a qualified WorkPlace Mediator, and has completed all requirements of the ISO 45003 Foundations Course.
Judith divides her time between London and Edinburgh in the United Kingdom.
Margo Lydon

LEADERSHIP IN ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND WORKPLACE WELLBEING
A nationally-recognised leader in the industry for more than two decades, Margo Lydon was the CEO of SuperFriend for 12 years, where she led their growth from start-up phase to a major national organisation at the forefront of workplace mental health and wellbeing in Australia. Prior, she was an executive for 10-years at the Oak House—Australia’s largest private outpatient facility treating people with eating disorders.
ADVANCING WELLBEING STRATEGY, DRIVING IMPACT
In addition to her role with The Wellbeing Outfit, Margo is one of Australia's key leaders in the workplace wellbeing and mental health sector.
Margo serves as Chair of the National Mental Health Commission’s Mentally Healthy Workplace Alliance where she is contributing to the creation of a nationally consistent approach to workplace mental health and wellbeing.
Margo is a non-executive director on the Shared Value Project Australia Board and on the Well and Productive CRC, an industry-academic research consortium to create evidence-based solutions for mentally healthy workplaces.
She is also a member of the Corporate Mental Health Alliance Australia and the Sector Advisory for Roses in the Ocean.

Allie Rosen

Prior to honing her skills in this area, Allie enjoyed a creative career curating and developing local, national and international events at the intersection of technology and the arts across programming, partnership management and strategic brand development.

Carolyn Morey
Head of Operations
A PUBLIC HEALTH MASTER
Carolyn’s career in public and mental health spans both Australia and Europe. She led an Irish research team for the European Child and Adolescent Self Harm in Europe (CASE) Study. This is one of the largest Irish mental health studies ever completed. It investigated a wide range of mental health issues in Ireland, Europe and Australia.
A peer-reviewed journal for the study can be found on the BMC Public Health site.

Carolyn worked with Jono at ReachOut Australia. She was the Head of Service Delivery, responsible for designing and developing its school programmes.
Carolyn’s work during her time with ReachOut Australia was published in the Medical Journal of Australia.
