The Advanced Leadership Series is an in-depth, 12-session program designed to help your leadership team build a culture of high performance, high wellbeing and psychological safety, while feeding their intellectual curiosity with the latest in management science. The program is delivered in-person in half-day interactive sessions, which can be spread over a year, or compressed to align with company needs. Some of the key components include:
