Who they are

Formula Advisory Network provide off-shore specialist financial and administrative services to Australian businesses in a variety of sectors. Based in India, Formula is premium local employer in the financial sector.

Our work with them

In order to support the wellbeing and performance of their teams following the onset of Covid in early 2020, Formula invited The Wellbeing Outfit to develop a people strategy to support their organisational strategy.

We engaged with Formula’s top seventeen senior and people leaders, and also interviewed a cross-section of team members, to understand the challenges and opportunities across the organisation. This informed the development of a people performance strategy and accompanying measurement framework.

Impact

Formula found the clarity provided by the strategy and measurement framework to be helpful in terms of both supporting their people and also directing organisational performance. At the time of writing (January, 2021), we continue to support Formula with the roll out and implementation of the strategy.
