Our program provides a roadmap for implementing these steps with your teams.

Building Team Performance in a Stressed Environment
Listening - The Resilient Teams Tool
The continued appraisal of a team’s functioning
The Resilient Teams tool is a validated digital survey that measures team resilience based on five underlying attributes: direction, connection, alignment, performance and attitude.
Teams that master these capabilities—resilient teams—are the teams that can produce great business results while maintaining wellbeing over a sustained period.
The tool takes up to 20 mins and is easy to set up and administer. Organisations will have a 12-month license enabling you to readminister the survey to track progress and provide insight into the continuing impact of the environment, thereby continuing to identify the need for both preventative and reactive activity over the duration of the transformation.
Preventing - Strategies for enhancing wellbeing
Build psychological safety to enable high wellbeing and performance
We will partner with your team to implement the protective strategies designed to foster a psychologically safe environment. Psychologically safety is essential for mitigating psychosocial hazards.
The strategies we employ will depend on an understanding of the team's current dynamics and focus on the areas that require the most attention. They will be targeted at both the team and individual.
Our approach to supporting you in implementing these strategies will be discuss and shared at the time of submitting our proposal to you.
Acting - Plan for Distress
